1. What we deliver

KhataWise is cloud accounting software, run by Salasar eCommerce Total Solutions Private Limited (CIN U72900MH2014PTC255630), operating as Arena Softwares, brand KhataWise. When you buy a plan, you get online access to KhataWise — on the website and in the mobile app — for the plan and period you paid for. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

2. How and when you get access

• New account: you can use KhataWise as soon as you sign up and verify your email address. Your free trial starts at once.
• Paid plan: you pay on the Plan & Billing screen through Razorpay. Your plan starts automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment. This normally takes a few minutes. In rare cases, when a bank is slow to confirm, it can take up to 24 hours.
• Confirmation: you see a confirmation on screen after you pay. Your active plan and GST tax invoice appear on the Plan & Billing screen. Razorpay also normally emails a payment receipt to the email address you enter at checkout.

3. Where we deliver

KhataWise works anywhere you have an internet connection. It is made for businesses in India, and prices are in Indian rupees (₹).

4. Delivery charges

There are no shipping, delivery or handling charges. You pay only the plan price and the GST shown at checkout.

5. If your plan has not started

1. Wait a few minutes and refresh the Plan & Billing screen. If it says a payment is being finished, there is no need to pay again.
2. If your plan has not started within 24 hours, email billing@khatawise.com or support@khatawise.com.
3. Include your registered email address, company name, the date and amount of payment, and the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with "pay_").

We will start your plan, or refund the full amount to your original payment method as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
