By accessing or using KhataWise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
KhataWise is a cloud-based accounting software designed for Indian businesses. It provides features including:

3. Account Registration
To use KhataWise, you must:

4. Subscription and Payments

KhataWise offers various subscription plans. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change with notice.
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
4.3 Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST will be charged as per Indian tax laws.

6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into KhataWise. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You grant us license to process your data solely for providing the service.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
8. Intellectual Property
KhataWise, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Salasar eCommerce Total Solutions Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software.
9. Limitation of Liability
KhataWise is provided "as is". We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data due to user error
- Tax penalties resulting from incorrect data entry
- Business decisions based on reports generated
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service. Upon termination:
- You may export your data within 30 days
- Access will be revoked after the export period
- We may retain data as required by law
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India.
